Terms and Conditions:

1. Validity Period

The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

The expiry date is clearly printed on the voucher and cannot be extended.

2. Minimum Spend Requirement

A minimum spend of 100.00 is required when redeeming the voucher.

The voucher can only be applied towards purchases that meet or exceed this minimum amount.

3. Voucher Redemption

This voucher is redeemable online or in person.

The voucher can be used for in stock items, excluding repair and bespoke pieces.

To redeem the voucher online, the voucher code must be entered at checkout. For in-store redemption, the physical or digital voucher must be presented.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

The voucher is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

5. Partial Redemption

If the total value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance cannot be carried forward or exchanged for cash.

Any amount spent over the value of the voucher must be paid by the recipient.

6. Restrictions

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise specified.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable.

The issuer reserves the right to cancel any voucher that is suspected of being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms and conditions.

10. Amendments
